This is the real story of an American tycoon of the early twentieth century who
was the first man in the world to have earned more than a million dollars a
year. Maybe today this figure is not so impressive. It's about Charles Schwab, the
president of the company "Bethlehem Steel". Because of his leadership, this
company has become one of the largest companies in the world. Of course, such
successes could not be achieved without the correct organization of labor. At the
very beginning of the development of the company, Charles Schwab managed to

He got the idea from Ivy Lee- consultant of productivity. Ivy Lee asks for 15

said:
