According to Ingram (2017), managing diversity effectively is the key to maximize the advantages and minimize the disadvantages of diversity in the workplace. Each workers in a diverse workplace has its own charm and holds unique strengths and weaknesses derived from their culture. When controlled and managed properly, the diversity in the workplace can support the strengths and complement the weaknesses of each workers to make the impact of the workforce that will affect the workforce better than the sum of its part, and when combine, it adds a different quality that would impact both environment and the people.
