Motivation is the process in which you want to do something to achieve a goal. There are two categories of motivation theories that are content theories and process theories. The content theory focuses on the reasons for changing the human needs frequently and explains the specific factors that motivate all humans. in the other hand, Process theories of motivation focus on identifying how the process influence in the internal factors and cognitions employee motivation. However, the reward system is attract people to continue their work, the use of rewards may either encourage or diminish motivation, depending on the type of rewards.
