I have completed the Work Preference Quiz on the Service Canada website and 16 personalities test planning for choosing my future career. The test results suggest that I’m a Social person with a score of 90%, innovative 83%, and 80% directive. I’m also The Consul get ideas from the 16 personalities tests results.
One of the suggested careers was social and community service workers, I was supervisor in customer service representative in the past for 7 years, with my previous job as a supervisor I was able to get a lot of characters like managing, good verbal communication, listening skills, I’m sociable and friendly, and as a customer service supervisor, I have to make decisions that maximize the profit for my company, but maintain customer loyal and that can be difficult. I manage the customer service team, assist with the customer when they complain, and work with other customer service professionals to secure the customer service team is following protocol and providing great service. The second career suggested is Human resources and recruitment officers after the test I realized that I’m also interested by human resource, I think I am suited for this occupation because I have always enjoyed link with other people. Moreover, My previous experience can help me because My daily tasks include: ensuring the performance of my team, assessing every performance and make reports, delegating tasks, helping the service team as required, training and coaching, assisting with hiring a new and recruitment, handling customer complaints.
In conclusion, The results of both questionnaires confirmed that my career as supervisor was a good chose for me, and I would like to become in the future social worker or human resources and recruitment officer as suggested by CWPI tests. Even though I had known before taking the test that was what I wanted to do, I enjoyed the experience and learned about my personality and especially because I had never considered human resource and social worker as a career in the future.
