I enjoyed working within a team and I got along well with the team members. Through collaborating with the team I got to understand about my weaknesses and strengths. Working within a team was both beneficial and challenging. It helped me to develop my negotiation, communication and problem solving skills. We all worked towards a common goal or some set of objective. Because of having multiple team members on board, we were able to get the particular work done faster with a shared responsibilities and the workload is shared equally and distributed according to the strengths of each member. We offered our assistance in order to help the team member to complete the job. One of the most beneficial thing I felt while working within the team was the inspiration and ideas that can result from team discussions. In some occasions it was so challenging and uncomfortable to work with different people and mindsets.
I was to work with skilled and experienced members who were very supportive both in getting the wok done and providing information. Team work gave me a greater sense of responsibility in creating unity among the team. As a result this led me to increase my productivity, performance and also brought us together to achieve our goals.
