Therefore, to justify this topic, Leadership influence in an organisation has great effects especially to the performance of the organisation. Most leaders seem to cohere to one or two preferred styles of leadership they are agreeable with. The Leadership effects are in different forms, some are democratic leadership, and this kind of leadership style coordinates to contribute to opinion and suggestions when faced with compound issues. The other type of leadership style is the laissez- faire leadership, this kind of leadership enables the team to achieve its objective without interfering. The charismatic leadership style communicates with a goal for the organisation. Then the autocratic leadership style makes decisions without any input from the subordinates. However, Leaders are known to set a clear vision and motivate their followers or employees in understanding the future of the organisation. Leadership is being understood in different perspectives by different people, some see leadership as a position of power, some see as it as a pacesetter, while some it as a position of servant Sheng and Soutar, (2005). Every organisation should always have a survey on the leadership style and how it has an impact and effect on the subordinates, team members or employees in the organisation.
