As she walked down to the beach alone
As she walked down to the beach alone, climbing onto the rocks, jumping from one rock to another until she came across the biggest rock of all for her to sit on to enjoy the view of the horizon which looked like orange lava that got poured all over its surface. A cool breeze touched the warmth of her cheeks, the breeze brushing a strand of her hair onto her face. Along with the breeze came tiny bits of salty drops of water. ?
I slowly put my feet into the cold ice-y water, the second I dip my toe in, my body cools down immediately. I take a step into the water until the salty ocean water reaches my knees. I can feel the sand grains washing up between my toes, you can hear the salt water washing up, the sound of peaceful waves waking up to you, the clear light blue reef, so clear that you could see every detail of the small fishes. The clouds were one, vast grey blanket, lazily drifting across the dazzling lights, hovering above the perfect lands. This view inspires me, there’s something spiritual about this place. The waves crashed and danced along the shore, moving up and down in a graceful and gentle rhythm like they were dancing. The mountains lay in a great line like the spine of the land.
